I’m Dr. Nichelle Henry,

I INSPIRE Black Nurse Queens to Recharge Within to go from Burnout to Alignment via FREE Blog, Mentorship & Retreats!

I understand completely what it feels like to be Black, Beautiful and Brilliant in Healthcare…… as well as Burnt-OUT! In 2015, just 3 years into my nursing career, I experienced Nurse Burnout and had no idea what I was going through, I just knew I felt disconnected within from my career! 

I searched for a Nurse Mentor and Community that looked like me and could understand my unique circumstances as a burned-out Black Nurse Queen, desperately needing her crown adjusted. I could not find one. So, from my pain, I birthed my services of inspiration and empowerment to other Nurse Queens. Ensuring that NO Queen is left to suffer in silence.

This is the sacred place for Black Nurse Queens to obtain Compassion, Empowerment and Support. In my role, as a Nurse Leader, with a Doctorate’s specializing in Executive Administration, I quickly realized that there needed to be a sacred place for Black Nurse Queens to share their truth and experiences in health care as well as a sacred Mentor who would understand.

To retreat and gather with like minded Queens while empowering each other to show up unapologetically in every area of our lives, especially as Nurses.

This community is that sacred place to equip Black Nurse Queens to:

Reflect on their journey

Refuel with practical interventions

Refocus as a Nurse Queen winning from within.
