Nurse Retreat? Tell Me More.

In 2013, I attended my first retreat. I was “voluntold” by my mother to attend a women’s retreat and it changed my life. Before attending this retreat, I had no idea how impactful and empowering a retreat would be on my life. After experiencing Nurse Burnout, I utilized the tools and techniques I learned at the retreat to refocus first on who I was as a Lady and then what I wanted out of my career. I also created a retreat specifically for nurses to overcome burnout as well or learn methods to prevent nurse burnout. The goal of this blog is to:

  • Define Nurse Retreat
  • Share the Purpose
  • Explain the Benefits
